Alaves – Getafe – The first two teams from the bottom of the table measure the strengths of this round of the Cup of Kings and after the first duel Alaves takes advantage of 1: 0 they have won in the match, in the middle, the championship is much better standing Getafe playing quite solidly and closer to the middle tables, rather than the exit zone. Alaves is completely unexpectedly the worst team in Primera and are in the last place, so they are waiting for a cramped struggle for survival. In the previous two rounds Alaves was defeated, while Getafe lost in the last round, but after three positive results. In the first match that they have been rivals recently, Getafe easily beat Alaves with 4: 1.

Alaves
After a very good season in which they played the final of the Cup, Alaves are now experiencing a big crisis and this team is at the bottom of the table with only six points. They have made two wins and it is interesting that they have not been remedied once this season, but they are 11 times defeated and that is the most of all the league teams. They also have the most ineffective attack that has only shaken the adversary network seven times.
And for all those bad results in the championship, Alaves managed in the first duel to beat Getafe away with 1: 0, so they are now close to passing to the next round of the Cup. This triumph, as well as the first two, failed to save coach de Biasija who, after defeating Eibar, was dismissed and will now have a third coach this season. Assistant Cabello will probably take the team in this experiment with certain changes.

Getafe
There are not too many oscillations at the Getafe team this season and they are very close to the middle of the table, and most importantly they are on a safe distance from the exit zone. The Cup seems to have been deliberately left in the second round and therefore defeated by Alaves in the first round on their pitch, which does not mean that the rebels may not be able to repay the same. After that defeat they had one series of three unbeaten championships, and one of the two wins came true against Alaves, with a 4: 1 win.
So they returned for defeat in the Cup, but in the last round they were defeated at Espanyol. Not that they played so bad, but one goal scored was enough to lose.
